Punjabi Jewellery: Return, Exchange & Reimbursement Policy

Understanding Our Unique Creations

Before considering a return or swap, please remember that every Punjabi Jewellery item is artisanal, crafted by local craftspeople in Punjab. Each piece is handwrought and distinct, so natural stones or materials may have subtle differences. This individuality is a hallmark of our boutique collection, not a flaw. Every item undergoes thorough quality assurance before dispatch.

Eligibility for Returns & Swaps

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if your order arrives impaired during shipping or if you receive an incorrect item. If your order is marred in transit or you receive the wrong product, you may send it back in its original, unused state with all packaging. Returns or exchanges are not permitted for changes of mind about style or design after delivery. If you need more details before purchasing, you are welcome to request extra photos or videos.

How to Initiate a Return (Within 3 Days of Receipt)

To initiate a return, notify us within three days of receiving your parcel by emailing support@punjabijewellery.in. Please attach a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item. Our team will review your request and decide if your return is authorized. If approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the product. Goods must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged on arrival; other reasons are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds & Compensation

If your return is approved, Punjabi Jewellery will either replace the item at no extra cost, if feasible, or provide a reimbursement to your original payment method. The decision between exchange or repayment will be made at our discretion, based on the situation. Both the purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded after we receive the returned product in its original state. Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after we receive the return.

When Refunds or Returns Are Granted

Refunds or returns are granted in cases of authentic quality issues, parcels lost during shipping, or dispatch of an incorrect item.

When Refunds or Returns Are Not Granted

Refunds or returns are not granted if you expected faster delivery without prior arrangement, provided an incorrect or outdated delivery address, or used a PO Box. They are also not granted after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, if the package is refused by the recipient, for sizing issues (please check our sizing guides before purchase), for items returned in a used or blemished condition, or for minor color or design variations due to the handmade and natural nature of our products. If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged, or if you fail to notify us within three days of receipt, refunds or returns are not possible. For custom or made-to-order requests canceled after placement, 50% of the product cost will be deducted before refund.

Returns After 3 Days

If you wish to return an item after three days, you may be eligible for our buyback or exchange offer. Please check the relevant product page for details, then contact us at support@punjabijewellery.in to request an exchange or cashback.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your item is received at our registered location, your repayment will be initiated to your original payment source. You can expect your reimbursement within 10-15 business days.

Additional Notes

Refunds are only possible if the product has not been shipped, or if it arrives broken or mismatched. Please report such issues within 12 hours of receiving your parcel. Punjabi Jewellery is not responsible for any returns not notified within three business days of delivery.
